One time fee to design a custom signature page......................$7.00
Cost to print one sheet front and back with custom design.....$  .30

*Printing additional sheets beyond the 25 sheets included in each book would be 50 cents per sheet of extra paper and 30 cents to print the custom design.  This would equal 80 cents per additional custom printed sheet beyond the 25 sheets included with each book
